Adaptive Re-use of the Caledonia Old Mill
Visions and Action Plan
The following figure represents a DRAFT synthesizes of findings from the consultation process. The figure encapsulates emerging themes and degrees of preferences among the themes. These themes have been identified by the community as important considerations to any future adaptive re-use options for the mill.

Translating these findings into an initial options assessment would suggest that the community would like to see the adapted mill:
==> take on a future function in some form of a cultural facility,
==> incorporate a small hospitality function such as a café or possibly a bar,
==> include a function that is open to the public and is community focussed, and
==> respect the heritage significance and architectural integrity of the original structure.
