The Caledonia Old Mill Corporation is beginning a fundraising campaign to start the first stage of the adaptive reuse concept. Click here for adaptive reuse concept PDF.

The first phase will be to raise $1,500,000.00 to put a new foundation under the mill, build the walkways and decking on the outside, put the promenade in the front of the loading dock, and make the first and second floors accessible to the public.
